Contract negotiations can be awkward, confusing and tense but they don’t have to be. You will learn about considerations for being represented, how to prepare for negotiations, and about some important current trends that could impact your negotiations and your future. This session will be led by three lawyers who negotiate contracts on behalf of clergy, or consult with those negotiating their own. All three have Reform rabbis in their families, so they bring a personal touch to their professional services.
