Eitzah is the collaborative creation of Professor William Kahn and Rabbi Terry Bookman. Eitzah (meaning “guidance” in Hebrew) is intended to guide synagogues and the people, lay and professional, who serve those institutions in leadership capacities – where coaching is one of the key elements. These coaching relationships have expanded to the entire faith community as well as other care-giving institutions, schools, and community centers. Our mantra, “Guiding you and your community into the future,” we believe speaks for itself. It is our hope, that with the appropriate Eitzah, we can help you and your community “creates” your future.
