MAT, MSWI, coach because I enjoy working with people, helping them to achieve their goals. I love to see people grow. My coaching career has taken on many forms; I coached the Women’s Swim team at the University of Illinois as well as leaders in healthcare, sales, finance, administration, education, and family businesses. My strengths as a coach include: caring about people and their success, my compassion for my fellow human beings, my curiosity, my realism, my ability to encourage, and my capacity to ask penetrating questions. I co-authored You Don’t Have to Do it Alone: How to Involve Others to Get Things Done which the New York Times called, “the best of the current crop of books on this subject.
