My law practice is devoted to representing clergy in employment matters. Services include representing or consulting with clergy in negotiating new contracts or extensions of existing contracts with their congregation, handling salary and benefit disputes, and addressing retirement and end-of-contract issues. My goal is to create a harmonious tenure and ensure a smooth transition for the clergy. Due to the sensitivity of the relationship between the clergy and congregation, my strategy focuses on negotiation with all parties to help the clergy and congregation feel satisfied and comfortable with the outcome. When consulting, I provide behind the scene assistance to clergy as requested.
