Over the past 25 years, Russ has held senior training and organizational development roles at Monster.com, Fidelity Investments, and UniFirst Corporation. As a consultant, he works with both for-profit and non-profit organizations including healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, manufacturing as well as faith based organizations. He has built a strong reputation for results with his clients and is known for his highly interactive, engaging, and practical approach.
Russ is one of a small group of official consulting partners of author Patrick Lencioni’s firm, The Table Group. Lencioni is the best-selling author of several business books including The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; Death by Meeting; Silos, Politics and Turf Wars; and The Three Signs of a Miserable Job. His latest book, The Advantage – Why Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else in Business, launches in March 2012.
Russ holds a Master of Education degree from The University of Vermont; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Keene State College.
