Over 19 years of professional experience in organizational development and operational leadership. She is a certified executive coach, having recently received her PCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Natalie’s training and coaching certification was obtained from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC), one of a few schools worldwide that is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, Natalie is certified to deliver the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence and Energy Leadership assessments.

Natalie has worked with companies including Citibank, Discover Card, Sprint PCS and J P Morgan Chase. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Brevard Community College, facilitating courses on leadership development. Her work in operational management; training and development; human resources; organizational management; and developing a culture of service have provided her with tools, resources and experiences that translate well into any organization. Natalie earned her BA in Psychology from Miami University, Oxford, OH.tified executive coach, having recently received her PCC credential Miami University, Oxford, OH.
